"Chateau Polychronoff" Winery

"Chateau Polychronoff" is a small family winery, which produces limited quantities of wine from traditional grape varieties for the Bulgarian Black Sea coast - Dimyat, Merlot, Varna Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer. These wines can only be purchased from the winery or its online store. The quantity of each batch does not exceed 800-1000 bottles per year.

The winery has a tasting room with a capacity of 50 seats. The tasting is led by the owners, from whom guests can learn a lot about the peculiarities of the wines produced as well as interesting facts about the history of winemaking in the area. Guests will also have the opportunity to get acquainted with the technology used to produce different wines and take a look inside the wine-ageing cellar.
