"Valchi Prohod" Reserve

The "Valchi Prohod" Reserve was declared as such in 1968. It consists of mixed beech-oak, beech-hornbeam and hornbeam trees of natural origin in excellent condition. The forests of the reserve are completely protected from human influence. The reserve is located north of the village of Golitsa. It is inaccessible by car and therefore can only be reached through the forest trail.
