Trifon Milushev was born in 1887. He took part in the three wars, from which he returned with crosses for bravery. In 1943 he became a member of the Dolnokamchiyska detachment, in which his son also participated. On May 8, 1944, he was burned alive in his own house because he refused to divulge the location of other anti-fascists.

A memorial can be found In the yard of his burned down house, in the village of Dyulino. It was unveiled in 1958.
